How does the daily limit work?

All members begin with a daily spending limit. Once this limit is reached, your current chat will end, and you won't be able to spend again until the following day. (If you want to limit your chat time even more, you can decrease your daily limit to as low as $25.) The maximum daily limit allotted to you may increase over time. However, if you're impatient, you can email us to request a higher limit.

How do I permanently close my account?

What happens if I get disconnected during a show?

Once the chat ends, billing will cease immediately. If you encounter technical issues, reopen your browser and rejoin the chat. If you find yourself blocked, you won't be able to visit that performer again.
